Vinification : Harvest at night, no sulfiting upon entering the cellar, traditional vinification in concrete tanks with 1 delestage per day, fermentation at 24-25°C, maceration for 3 weeks at a warm 30°C .
Aging : 4 to 6 years served at 18°C
Tasting notes : Dark robe with violet reflections. Nose of black fruit and pink berries. Ample and generous palate, blueberry jam, wild raspberry. The tannins are velvety and smooth, caressing the palate
