Soil : Pebbles
Rendement : 45 hectolitres par ha
Vinification : Night harvest, direct pressing and static settling. Maceration on fine lees and fermentation at 16°C. Aging in concrete tanks.
Aging : 2 to 4 years served at 12°C
Tasting notes : Bright robe with lemon yellow highlights. Nose of lime blossom and white fruit. Full and fresh palate. Beautiful minerality, salinity.
